Through guided exercises, discussions, and experiments, this six-week, interactive workshop shares tools, techniques, and a support system to create the life you’ve always wanted—week by week, step by step.
Ownership in this sense doesn’t mean money, property, or possessions, but rather the ability to gain the power of perspective, choose how you respond to circumstances, and embrace your highest potential.
Together, we’ll connect, learn, grow, and inspire.

In this intimate, interactive six-week workshop, you’ll get tools, techniques, and a support system to:
• Shift from “I have to” to “I choose to”—and start creating on your own termsÂ
• Build your own inner “board of directors” to navigate decisions with clarity and confidence
• Replace unconscious operating systems with new practices that create better results
• Learn to take 100% responsibility for your feelings and needs without shame or isolation
• Embrace growth, mistakes, and the idea that this moment might actually be the fun partÂ
CLASS SCHEDULE
October 12: Reactor vs. Creator Our first class will introduce and explore two ways of navigating life: one from a sense of “I have to,” “I need to,” “I should,” the other from a sense of “I want to,” “I choose to,” “I will.” We will probe our individual power to make choices and learn, and then launch a simple experiment to increase your daily satisfaction and joy.
October 19: The Board of Directors Our second class will focus on developing your inner leader and internal board of directors—a parts-based psychological approach to resolve inner conflict and confusion, gain new ideas and perspectives, and power fresh successes. Tapping into the distinct somatic, embodied intelligences of your head, heart, stomach, legs, and feet, you will journal individually, process in pairs, and then practice “convening the board” as a group.
October 26: The Power of Systems Our third class will move inward to outward, inviting you to identify a range of potential allies in your life and an agreements-based framework that replaces relying on expectations. We’ll then zoom out to consider other internal and interpersonal “operating systems,” learning some of the unconscious, often self-sabotaging ways we run our lives—and how to replace them and experience different results.
November 2: 100% Responsible Our fourth class will explore a life of taking 100% responsibility for your own feelings and needs—not in isolation from others, but from an embedded, empowered, judgment-free new perspective. As we do, we’ll identify our projections—seeing things as we are, not as they are—and practice navigating self-talk and shame.
November 9: No class.
November 16: Love Making Mistakes Our fifth class will distinguish life on the sidelines from life “in the game,” embracing uncomfortable growth, messy realities, and inevitable mistakes that lead to learning. You’ll consider all the ways life and life circumstances are happening for you, not to you, and then what it would mean to be 100% for—and 0% against—yourself.
November 23: What If This Is the Fun Part? Our final class will explore how to use everything—the good, the bad, the joyful, and devastating—for your learning, growth, and upliftment. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll ask: what if this is the fun part? You will compare answers, exchange stories, and leave with new perspectives and shared wisdom.
